We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not accept or cancel any orders placed for products or services with incorrect prices on the site due to an error. We will notify you via email if this occurs. Furthermore, we also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to correct any errors in the full stated price.
RETURN POLICY

In order to ensure your safety, Oriana does not accept returns or exchanges of any sold products, even if they remain in their original condition. Exceptions are only made for products that arrive to you in a damaged condition, on the condition that they have not been opened or used.

When a product is returned in its original, undamaged condition, the customer is responsible for the return fee of 19 Riyals, which will be deducted from the value of the returned product.

When the damaged product is returned, Oriana will cover the full cost.

Our customer service representatives will be delighted to provide assistance with this matter via the telephone number 0533050721, as long as the returned/exchanged product is in its original condition, original packaging, and has not been used, opened, or had any packaging features altered. You can exchange or return the damaged product within 24 hours of purchase.

At Oriana, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. The exchange/return process typically takes 10 business days.

The refund amount will be processed once the damaged product is received and verified. The amount will then be transferred to your account promptly.

If you would like to exchange the damaged product for an alternative product, please transfer the difference in cost between the two products.

By using the Gift Card, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and not utilize it in any deceitful or misleading manner. We reserve the right to cancel Gift Cards without refund or terminate your access to our Services without prior notice if we suspect that the Gift Card has been obtained or used illegally or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
GIFT CARD VALIDITY

The Gift Card is valid for use within the specified period, excluding the last two weeks of Ramadan and holidays.
